Has anything changed in store?
These are peculiar times, so rest assured, we have listened to your concerns and implemented the appropriate steps.
Safeguarding the health of our brides and team is our priority.
Here are the changes / additions we shall be applying to all future appointments:
▪️ You will have the opportunity to select the styles that you would like to try, ahead of the appointment
▪️ We allow one guest to join you for the appointment and encourage you to invite virtual guests
▪️ All visitors are asked to bring their own mask. The TWC team will happily wear a mask, if requested
▪️ We shall provide a cleaning station, including hand sanitizer, upon entry to our showrooms
▪️ Social distancing measures will be in place throughout the appointment
▪️ We encourage visitors to adhere to social distancing, including limited dress handling
▪️ We encourage you to bring minimal possessions and for these to be left at the showroom’s entrance
▪️ Our team will not be able to dress you, but your guest is encouraged to help instead
▪️ We will disinfect the fitting room and surfaces in between each appointment
